Default 17x8 MB Weapons on my tC

Turns out, +46 offset is perfect for a 17x8 wheel if you want to flush out the tC wheelwell. Mounted on them are Falken GR-Beta FK-451s, in 245/40. I love a straight sidewall.

They do, which is kinda odd-- because the only company I can think of that makes an "A-Tech" Wheel is Esses (Speedmaster). Dunno who they're actually made by before licensing, but they're light enough-- about 17lbs for a 17x8 wheel (42lbs total with the mounted 245 tire)

A-Tech makes them. It seems that Esses (SpeedMaster) used to distribute some of their wheels in the US, but they stopped a couple of years back. I think Esses might be distributing wheels again, but probably not the Erasers...the ones you have. *shrug*

I learn something new every day.

And you're right on the second account, as well-- Speedmaster isn't selling the Eraser here-- just the Finalspeed (their only A-Tech product, that is). I guess that makes sense, as MB has apparently licensed the wheel for distribution. Now I must begin an insane search for A-Tech/Maruka Service centercaps.

Are you having to run a wheel spacer or anything?

I've been looking for dead on information about wheels and 245's for the front of my TC

Looks Good!!!!!

No spacers. That's how they sit: perfect.

I'm on TRD dampers and TRD springs, so about the most moderate drop you could have.

Are the springs the same diameter as the stocks? or are they skinnier?

Thanks for the help

Plenty of clearance on the inside, 3/4" at least.

Nice shoes... I almsot got them, but chose the 512 instead for greater treadwear. How do you like yours so far? Are sidewalls holding up well?
245 is a wade footprint for a 7" wide wheel. Vero interestato...

As mentioned in the title, they'r e8" wide rims.

I went with the FK451s based on the consistency of good reviews, and our good friend AA traction. I can't say much to durability yet, they've only been on the car 6 days.
