if you go down in rim size, all you ahve to do is make the profile wider to match the stock wheel+tire diameter. then so the speedo and odo isnt off.

but doing that is only for the reason of being cheap. nothing else.

 

Cheap yes, but there are also some of us who like the look of little wheels also.

 

if you want to start looking for 14's or lower start searching on tractor suply or look at go kart sites

I had a '97 Civic HX with some very light factory alloy 14's on it. They will bolt right up.
