Hello,

I do not have experience with automotive repair so please bear with me.
My front fender wells need replacing (scion xa 2005)

I have been quoted the following:

plastic under carriage DLR
Plastic right DLR 81.80
Left fender skirt 131.00
Right fender skirt 131.31
Nuts screws 125.00
Plastic L DLR 94.20
Total 563.00 Not including labor. Labor is 43.00

Now I believe I have seen well fenders for about $30 new online. What I cant figure out are the other components I need. Does this estimate look correct, ( I think it's overpriced) or am I better off buying all this stuff myself? For purchasing this stuff myself I would need pointers to where and what? PLEASE

Are the other components the skid plates?
Any suggestions, help would be greatly appreciated.
