So I currently have 17 inch wheels with Toyo Proxes 215/40/17 on my 2005 xB which I'm finding out real quick are not good for snow here in Iowa...I've been looking around and can't seem to decide on anything! I am switching back to 15 inch wheels. I want to stay around $75-$115 a rim. I have $800 to spend on 4wheels+tires(plus shipping). Also how would I know if my car has lowering springs & how would that effect my tires if i go back to stock sizes?

take the 800 buy a civic to drive in the winter. garage the xb. sell the civic in the sumer to some kid for 1200. done.
