Default Need advise for getting wheel spacers/how it may effect my already lowered car

I currently have 17x7 wheels with a 45 offset and a 205/40/r17 tire and I am looking to space my wheels.
I have two concerns,
1) I already have a Eibach lowering kit, its a drop of 1.5 in in the front, and 1.8 in rear, so I am wondering if I would need to roll my fenders if I got a good spacer in there, Im not thinking I would because I have about a 2 inch clearance from my tire to my fender (in the back), in the front I have a bit less space. I just dont know if I hit a bump if they would touch (but like I said, im guessing not)
2) my car is not slammed out so if I were to bring my wheels (front and back) out to almost the fender line, would it still look good? I typically see the cars slammed, but in my case I would see tread, which I am not sure how it would look.

So if anyone has any thoughts or pics they could post to help me in my decision, I would greatly appreciate it.
