could anyone be so nice as to post some pix of their stock 7 spoke hubcaps with the scion logo removed to reveal the bB logo? thank you.

 

if you remove the hubcap from the wheel. You can see the bB logo on the back of the hubcap. It is a perfect bB logo, but it is not painted, it is the same color as the hubcap"silver"

No, only on the 7-spoke or Donut holes caps. The 9-spoke have the Toyota emblem on the back of it. The 9-spoke is also available in European Market Toyota's...like the Avensis Estate (wagon).

 

I've removed one on a 6-spoke

Getting the Scion emblem off without damage is not easy. The metal is beer-can thin and very soft. I soaked it in gasoline for a long time and _very- carefully pried it up with a small screwdriver. The adhesive will dissolve slowly in gas. Harsher solvents will attack the plastic.

Once off, the bB emblem is nice. I don't know of the emblem is left plain or painted in Japan.
