Will you have to run any spacers with the 205 or the 245's...The wider the better in my opinion..will you go the same size all the way around or smaller up front ??

I would probably ruun the same size all the way around. I am gonna see which ones are gonna work the best. I just gotta mount one and see what happens. I am just waitin on the guy with the tires right now to see what im gonna do.

I'm so glad someone finally has picked these up - I was looking at them when I was wheel shopping.

Please post pictures when you get them installed!

Nope, sorry. I think I only put these wheels on once for a show and took it off. I was so busy getting to the show late that I didnt take pics. It does use adapters so the tire tread does stick out at most a couple inches but the rim itself sticks out a little more but not anything drastic like reverse offset wire wheels. It would be perfect with the mild CF or FG flares which I had planned on using. It doesnt need any super aggressive flares. To be honest, the stretch is kinda spooky but it looks a lot better with the 165/45s vs 195/50s

Peace

do reverse offset wire wheels have a fake lip too? What portion of a reverse offset wire wheel or truck wheel is real and what portion is "fake". Just wondering...

I guess the reason I bring it up is that Ive only heard the term "fake" lip in circles that deal mostly with VIP Style dish rims. Not sure if someone just made it up and then it stuck. Ive never heard the term with DUB Style, Truck, lowrider, drift wheels all of which deal with rims with a pretty good size lip. If I have a rim that has 4 inches of "real" lip, 2 more inches due to the style that makes it look even deeper, why is that bad? Maybe its how much "fake" lip compared to real? If I have a concave style rim with 3" of lip, does that make that rim have "even more real" lip? Maybe a concave style rim then should be considered better than flush face like a dish style wheel?

Peace

How much did the Rota PDC's cost? From the Rota website, it says these are 16x8 +35. Can't wait to see them mounted up!

Default what you all have been waiting for

Sorry to keep you waiting, I was holding out for a good deal on some 16's. The guy pretty much said he didn't have time to ship em, so I had to buy a new set. They are yokohama's 205/45/'16

These are shots from a car show a friend of mine entered this saturday.

well let me know what you think.

I bought them from www.18racing.com so get your prices there. I am thinking of spacers/ flares and coil overs. I am on student buget so we will see how the $$ comes in. Thanks for all the interest!

later,

Muhammed
