Default stock steelies

I been thinking about painting my stock steelies and running a trim ring and maybe a center cap to change things up and keep the cost down.

Anybody out there already done this and have some pics...?

Just sand and paint.....

There are sever DIy's on this site...

You can buy polished "beauty" rings and than throw on some chrome lug nuts....

Here's a link to a thread we have at xAteam regarding painting the stock steelies; Zillon has a monster post for DIY:

Ya that's a nice thread....

So I'm thinking about painting mine white and running black lugs and trim on my Blue Onyx Pearl and later doing some other white accents like the grills and some interior peices.

Any comments/suggestions on the color combo??

I think that would look pretty cool, don't forget a center cap.

Ya I can't wait to get started, I think the blue and white will work well together.

I did this, its awesome, got the center caps for like 15 bucks for autozone, the chrome lug for 5 bucks on ebay, and the trim rings for like 30 on ebay

Sorry for the pic quality, cell phone camera (2mp)

go for it, best 60 collective dollars i've spent on my xb!
