White walls are sweet! where can I get them? and where can I get the little chrome cap to cover the axel bolt on those stock steel wheels?

Coker Tires and Diamond Back Tires both sell them.
NAPA auto parts sells the center cap. If you're interested, PM me and I can get you the PN.

White walls look sweet if done right. With the painted steelies, Work Lead Sled, Cutting Heads, or baby moons it looks great. But with the Work Equip knockoffs you posted, it won't look right.

I think you should leave the white walls to the old hot rods. Leave the "rat rod" theme to older cars. It is not possible to have a rat rod themed anything if it was built in the 2000's.
