Will the Scion rims 15", 4X100, 54.1 Center Bore fit on a car with a 56.1 Center Bore??

no, they won't fit....
same with the round peg in the triangle hole in preschool....
it just won't fit!

Default toyota wheels on a honda

You can get the wheels to fit, but you will have to have a machine shop open up the centerbore by 2mm. This will probably run about $10 per wheel or so depending on which machine shop you go to.
