i just recieved my oem carbon fiber spoiler today and just got back from the dealership. i asked how much for the hardware and instalation of the wing. they told me $293 to do it. is this normal? i've heard people say it cost 100 or so to do it. where can i just buy the hardware? any help appreciated.

I think 808customs sells the hardware for like $15 or something.

Definitely a rip off, the hardware I can't price, but they're gonna try to tell you it's a 4 hour job at $75/hr (total BS). You'd should find the hardware and take it to a reputable body shop and have them do it.

If you go to any bodyshop, they'll be able to put it on for you but it depends on the shop & what they charge.

i just installed it myself tonight. it only took about 1 hr to do. i only have 1 question for anybody who also has the spoiler from scionsport. the bolts on top seem not to tighten all the way, the tighter we make them we start to hear like the fiberglass is starting to crack, but the spoiler still has a bit of rocking motion to it. is this normal?

I got the Carbon Fiber spoiler and got the mounting hardware @ Lowes. I marked and drilled the holes from some photocopied templates. Bolted the spoiler down and used 3m double sided tape. Then I used some black silicone sealer to fill around the gap.
