Default 04 xb projector headlight problems, questions

OK her is my delima,

I just recived my halo projector headlights i bought on ebay,I installed them last night and im kinda scratching my head. Let me paint the picture.
1) I have a 2004 xb and i replaced the stock single bulb headlightsw/ high low beam in cool blue halogen (worked great lots of light looked good!)
just wanted the look of the halo projectors.
2) the halo projector headlights
A) requires 2 bulbs and 2 bulb sizes. 9005 & 9006 in each headlight on each side.
(total of 4 bulbs)
B) came w/ wiring loom splitter. A 3 prong plug that splits to 2 seperate 2 plug adapters ,1st fits a 9005 h4 bulb (inner)and other fits a 9006 h4 bulb(outer).
3) ok when the the lights are on low beem. both bulbs are lit but are very week half the brightness of stock low beems.
4) when the lights are on high beem only the outer light bulb is on and its bright but i was expecting more?
Also these are not adjustable and are a bit high.I need to figure out how to adjust them to point lower.
Question; Would i need 2 seperate hid kits to make them both work? And has any one had any success with hid kits on ebay?
If instaled any hid kits can you adjust the hid bulb to point lower?( any adjustable )

PLEASE HELP !!SEND ME FEED BACK ASAP please
if

you might want to go with a bigger headlight fuse...The stock fuse is 10amps and each headlight, stock, handles 5 amps each = 10amps.

Now that your running a total of 4 bulbs you might need to run a 20 or 30 amp fuse in the headlight location in the fuse box...to handle the extra current going to the new bulbs.

Just a hunch...

ok heres the update,
I re-wired the lights and all is working perfect.
low beams are bright and working only on outer projector lense
high beams super bright and only working on inner projector lense.
I have realized that the ebay halo projector headlights are good looking at best! I mean I payed less than a $100 bucks for them !
I also discoverd that all the bulb housings were all installed upside down so i removed the low beam housings and turned them right side up.It helped dramaticly with the low beam level for the oncoming traffic.
the high beam bulb housing is still upside down but thats ok for me .
Still im going to pull out the lights again and insert some padding to angle down the low beam level a bit more.
would have been nice to have level adjustment for that installed on them allready!

bye for now X-BOXERS
