Dose anyone know a web site were i can reorder the 05 XB RS 2.0 exaust???? i already noticed the welds that hold the tip to the muffler on the muffler were cracked. but i looked at the muffler today and the tip broke off somewhere. so now it's just a muffler missing the tip hope someone can help me.

 

I'd check with DC, i believe they made the exhaust for Scion, and i've heard stories of people with the same problem getting replacements at no charge. If not, i'd buy aftermarket.

 

bbszero69 is correct....... The RS2 exhaust is made by DC and many people have had problems with the welds. Check with your local dealership and see if it can be replaced under warranty. If not just go with something aftermarket.

I had the same thing happen to mine. the tip fell off but I was able to get it back and then I had one of our welders here were I work TIG weld it back on. and now I have a Strupt exhaust on it. and trying to get rid of the original one now.

 

had the same thing happen to my tip, toyota didnt want to cover it since they saw a scratch on the bottom of the exhaust from a parking space devider, they thought that must have been how it fell off. so i did my homework on here and printed out some of the info about this hapenning to many of the rs2's with the dc sports exhaust brought it to there attention, kay jenning springfield supports scion life website so they knew the info must be true so then finally they replaced it for free... good luck

 

got my tip replacement from AEM sports (DC retailer). However, it's just the tip and my exhaust is loud still. I ordered a silencer (SIL2500) waiting for it now. Got pulled over once already.
