They look somewhat like they would mount on the 06 models. Anyone ever tried this?
I tried some stick on blinker LED, they are trash, the cheap ones.

Checking into BLING lights version as well, anyone ever used these, they say they never burn out? True?
Mirror covers from this company look nice, LED, anyone ever used these and do the LED last?

I guess I could add that the Solar Yellow Release Series 2.0 Edition seems they also used a mirror cover for the turn signals, at least in the photo I have looks like a snap on cover. Can't be sure if that is just the items in the link I provided painted yellow, but it seems to work. Bling Lights add on LED sticky
blinker (they say) is guaranteed to work for the life of the car. I like that and its much less with the same effect. Was a pain to run the wire through the door jamb, but I got it done. Coat hanger with a loop at the end works though it took some time to get it to run through the plastic tube thing for the wires.

 

I'd be skeptical of anything that claims 'lifetime' or 'for the life of the car' but LEDs will last quite a while. I got a set of carbon fiber mirror covers with the integrated signals and they aren't snap-on but rather use 3M double-sided trim tape, which, if done correctly, is likely far better than even a snap-on install as it's definitely solid stuff.

Haven't put them on but fishing a single wire through or tapping into the side marker lights on the fender looks to be pretty straighforward.
