I just got in the carbon fiber lip kit from abs dynamics and am wondering how the people that have them attached the side skirts. The factory skirts are very wide and have huge plugs in the bottom along with the yellow clips that hold it on. The carbon fiber sides are alot more narrow at the bottom and cant be mounted the same way. My problem is that i dont wan to permanently mount them because i drive it in the winter. Anyone have any idea how to mount them?

Without permanent mounting, you arent going to get them on. You need something to support the lip to the side of the car such as epoxy or something. The only way is to permanent mount them....

 

Well i know alot of skirts go on with 3m tape. That should hold it yet be removable right?

 

You dont have enough material on the edges of the skirts to use the double sided tape. You could try, but I dont think it would work.
