Default ABS Lip from intensepower.com

i'm just wonderin if anyone has delt with intense power before. i remeber hearin good stuff about them awhile back. I ordered my lip kit on july 2 and i was told it would be 2-3 weeks for me to get it since it had to go to paint. fine... no here we are going on a month since the order. I gave them a call only to find that their "painter is backed up". fine... I then find out that the order wont be shipping for another week or two. Keep in mind that I called them. i can't belive that an order could go from 2 week estimate to possibly 6 weeks without a call! i will say the people have been super friendly and seem cool, but i dunno. Anybody else delt with them???

this is why allowing companies to paint your parts is a bad idea.

I got a painted grille from them a while back. I took about 5 weeks if I remeber correctly. They gave me the run around for the first few times I called, saying their "painter" was backed up, or had been on vacation.

When it did show up the paint was quite a few shades off... I expected that being that they didn't have any part of my car to match it to. After about 6 months of driving with it on however, the paint started to chip and crack around the edges and corners.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

I had the same problem, "painter is backed up" blah blah blah, The paint was nice and It is less expensive to have them paint it. Unless you know someone who does paint. I probably would not order from them again.

Hello Guys

Sorry to hear some of you have received sub par customer service in the past. We believe we have made some recent changes by replacing some of our staff with new personnel. Our goal is to have the most pleasurable customer service possible.

For the Painting issue we do apologize for the delay. Usually it does only take couple of weeks. We are still in the process of adding a state of the art painting facility on location for our in house body shop. Once that is complete it will increase the paint process, but until that process is complete we are at the mercy of our contracted painter for all of our lips kits and misc aero parts.

We have been in business for over 7 years and we have a very good relation with the industry and past customers. We try to offer convenient services no other Shops or online stores can offer, but at times there are some snags as the process and working with 3rd party is not perfect. I wish we can say we are a flawless company, but like any other human and company we cannot always please every single customer. We can assure you that we do our best as humanly possible.

If there is ever a problem, with customer service, tone of voice, your order or anything we can assist you with your scion needs please don't hesitate to PM me. I will take care of it to the best of my ability.

Thanks for your understanding,

i feel 300% better about the whole thing knowing that you are concerned about your customers. i am not trying to bad mouth your company and i do see how a sub contracting paint can be a problem. i just wanted to get some feeback because of the limited info on my end. if the only problem with my whole transaction is the time delay it's no big deal.
