Default Adjust Foglights_ How to?

Can you adjust the Fog Lights? If so how? I'm having a problem of one shooting higher that the other. They are the stock lights.
Any help is appreciated.

I had to replace one of mine.... hope you don't have to soon... because Toyota does not offer replacements.. so it took me a week to get a price on one from the kit (Scion is working to fix this). There is an adjustment screw on them on the bottom side of the light. Take the plastic covering off of the bottom of the car ( a few screws and a handful of pushpins). Next, lay underneath and look at the back of the fog lights and you will see a round plastic piece that snaps into the housing.. there is a hole in the end of it with a Phillips screw. This adjusts the up and down alignment. I don't think there is a right,/left alignment because the light just snaps in on the sides. you will need to park it about 15-20 ft from a wall (at night or in a garage) so you can see where you are aiming them. This is the easiest way I know without aiming tools.

Oops, I just saw that you have an xB.... so none of that probably applies. Mine is a tC. You may want to make sure you post this stuff in the xB forums.

ill make sure to post it in the electrical forum because it an electrical related issue. If they named the forums something easily understood not cute names it would be a lot easier to post
plus mods won't have to move everything.

I guess i will have to use a shim to hold that sucka in the right spot.

Does anyone have a pic of it uninstalled from the rear?

There has to be a way.

Just choose xB vehicle forums instead of tC

maybe you should read the forum you are in. Where do you see this is a tC forum??
last i looked it said ICE, Electrical and Interior.

I'm sure the tC has its own forum called Scion tC.

Question... do you have factory fogs and AEM intake? If so, some people are having trouble with the left light hitting the filter. You can look and see if the back of the fog is resting on the filter. If so, its an easy fix or you can take it to the dealer.
