He can't retract his negative feedback. Both of you have to work through ebay and get that negative taken away. Most likely he'll get the negative you left him taken away also. Mutual thing.

I do have an idea....I had a seller ship my item to the wrong address. It took me over two months to get my item. I left him a negative. He did the same. I paid him within mintues of buying the product and i was willing to work out the error he had made. He was very rude with me so I did what i had to do.

did you contact the seller? did he offer to remedy the situation?

if so you deserve the negative feedback from the seller. the seller tried to fix things with you. negative feedback is for when the seller is unresponsive or refuses to take care of an issue. a neutral feedback is what shouldve been left. stating the item didnt fit but seller took care of it.

now if the seller told you to go get bent and hes not going to do anything about it then negative feedback is ok.

any why are you talking about sl.com on there? if your going to refer to a website get it right. sl.com has nothing to do with scionlife.com

nothing really.. I don't care much about the negative feedback anymore. he (scionfx) can keep making himself look like a jackass if he wants.

Mr. Japan why don't you try to sell you emblem for $8.00 and don't try to be Mr "FBI". We had never say anything bad about our competition.

We are here to save you money on the item you need. We care about your feeling but we had never received your e-mail or phone call about your bB emblems won't fit.

Are you and Mr. Japan are the same people..... NOW Mr.. CIA ;is here....

i dont understand how trying to fix the problem is making him look like a jackass. id buy a emblem from him just to prove you wrong if i didnt have one already.

if anyone is the jackass its you, you just want to complain about it and not take steps to solve the issue with the person who sold you it.

Thansk you !

Here is the feedback who had left us: gouged me on shipping, packaged poorly, won't even fit my car.

We had sold the items at very low low price and charge flat $8.00 for shipping and handling fee. Yes,, we ship this item with regular USPS first class mail, because the item is small and we delivery the items to our winning bidder even we lost money.

You are thinking paying $8.00 for shipping for ebay item sound like we had over charge you.

You can buy a muffler at ebay for $1.00 and paid for shipping $35. this is how ebay now.

"gouged me on shipping" ..... what come around goes around....

In my opinion, $8.00 for shipping an item that light IS gouging. I personally can't stand when sellers try to make profit on shipping.

you also cant say shipping was a ripoff because the amount paid to ship item was less than what was paid for shipping. theres other costs, the packaging, time to package it and getting it to the post office.

sure maybe the shipping was excessive, but thats how ebay works. i rememeber paying 10-15$ to have a memory card shipped to me for my digital camera, and it was the size of a book of matches.

if you dont like the persons shipping price you look for someone with it cheaper. u cant say you were gouged, you agreed to that shipping price, it was most likely clearly posted on the page.

Scionfx....Take pictures of your items. I want to see them in original toyota packaging. Scionfx sells under two different names on ebay. scionsport and performance-r. He also runs the websites scionsport.com and scionfx.com You already have a couple of negative from people that say their emblem dont fit. I would understand if one person didnt know how to put it on. But several?? I only have one screen name. Its the same for ebay and SL. I dont bull____ my clients.
