I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the delay on the rear wiper of the Scion xB? its iether on or off, and would like to have the on position have a delay of about 10 seconds cause the wiper chatters on dry windows and the rear window doesn't require a constant on. I'm thinking its a chip or mod, and look forward to seeing what people have done or instructions.

J C Whitney also used to have ready-made mount-under-the-dash unit for about $15 - they might still have it, might not.
