Well after a month or so of waiting for a finished product I got my chrome grab handle. I wasn't sure how it was going to be at first but all I can say is WOW! Very high quality and I'm a picky person when it come to parts. Got it from Steve at Scionpro.com here's a link to it:

It's super easy. I took it totally out and swapped everything over that way. Basically all you do is remove the interior hatch cover, 3 10mm nuts and a clip. The whole assembly will come off. I unplugged the 2 wires (1 blue clip & 1 white clip) & popped the grommet out. The all you need is a phillips head screw drive and some needle nose's. It's pretty straight forward after that just swapping everything over to the new handle. It takes longer to take the rear cover off than anything. 20 minute job.
