Yes this is the blank part wich then Is moved to a cnc router and "shaped up"

This is a blank prototype part no shape has yet been cut into it. All I need to do is shape it up to what I want for the first ones. Then I will take it back to the manufacture and thay will program the cnc router to cut the shape.This stuff is tough and totaly paintable.Fits perfect.

so this has probably been answered before but are you able to do battery tie downs for tc's

 

Scroll thru the first few pages and you will see some sik pics of tie downs. All he would have to do is adjest the holes and length wich you could provide.

You need to get ahold of an image that you wanted. If its a concept and you can't find one I'd say draw an Image and post it. The best way to order is PMing him. As you can see though he has a long list. Oh and when you send the image you need to tell him how far apart the bolts are. this way he knows where to cut and desgn around. good luck. He be a buysy man.

I see, so with this template Many numbers of thing could be cut into the Eyelid, say a 2-d emblem. with limitations? Or just cutting a single design and mass producing it. I have imagination.

ah,...I was thinking of a different version of the logo but the more I look at this one, the more I like it.

OK that looks cool. I just want the black parts (the "R" and the "+") with no background. It will be two seperate peices for the rear hatch. Do you supply the double sided tape or does it ship with out?
