You could probably use the epoxy stuff that they use to make those raised decals. Not sure how much it would take, but that stuff stays pretty clear even when it is thick. Talk to your local sign shop or look around on the web. I think it is reasonably priced.

I don't have any Scion emblems left, but not a bad idea. I bet some one with a vinyl cutter could do them in a camo vinyl...
