Door ding removal kit?

Default Door ding removal kit?

has anybody got and used on of these kits they sell on tv, or at the as seen on tv store? i got some dings that i need to get rid of, but not sure if thats a good way to go. any help is appreicated

Best way is to use dry ice. Search "dry ice dent removal" on youtube for a vid.

I've seen a wonderhowto video, where you use a blow dryer to heat the dented area for a couple of minutes. Then take a can of compressed air and spray it upside down on the dent. The frost on the heated area is supposed to contract the metal and pop the dent out...

does it damage the base or clear coat? I've heard it weakens the paint and show in he coming months
