Default Eye Lids

is there any site that sells good quality eye lids with paint matching abilities?

looking to get some for the stockers, and wanting to get them in Shadow Mica. i dont want to get CF cause thatll be the only piece on my B that will have it. hence, it will look awkward.

thanks in advance! :D

how hard would it be to paint some CF ones? would i just need to sand it down a little, lay some paint promoter (forget what its really called), lay some paint, then a coat or two of clear? would that work just as well?

i appreciate the help Rallying :D

Yes you can definately paint CF. You may not even need the promoter. Just sand it paint it and clear coat it.

thats what i would do, actually use primer(promoter). I painted the interior to match my xB , used a light color primer, and use dark cranberry to match the xBs dark cherry.

sounds like a plan. since im going to end up two toning the box next summer, i think now would be a good time to get some paint and start on some interior/exterior.

thanks for the help guys, really do appreciate it!

(and if anyone has links to some nice quality CF eye lids, hook me up! :D)

i'm just curious. if you had a car for a year or so or longer if you buy something prepainted will the paint match your car?

Sometime's no. The sun does fade paint but if you keep up your car well, wash it every week, and wax it, it should match up.
