Hello everyone, i just wanted to come on here to see what my fellow scionlifers would say about me getting either a F-1 Lip Kit.. or if anyone knows of another nice lip kit available? Im currently in the market for a Lip Kit.. but so far only one i found that I like is the F-1.. so i just wanted to ask ya'll if you know about any others (That are nice..not ricey lookin) ?? THANKS!!

 

How much you have to spend. There are several style lips available in Japan. But look to spend around $1000-$2000 shipped for one, depending on brand. Well worth it if you want to be different.

 

I like and have the F-1 kit, however, be prepared to spend quite a bit of time fitting, smoothing , and mounting the kit for a good fit and look. I fabricated mountings and brackets, and modified the side skirts for a solid factory installed look. The kit as is out of the box will not provide this (the way the side skirts mount is especially weak in appearance, strength, and durability/maintainability).
