Finally got the chance to get my roof rack on... (56k maybe)
So I finally had the chace today to wash the box and install the roof rack. It looks good. Does anyone know where I can get a cheap snowboard attachment, and/or that scoop for the front? Heres a few pics.

for a snowboard attachment...id try contacting the maker of the roof rack? thats why i prefer the YAKIMA's over any other racks, cuz they have everything available for upgrade on their website
It fits alright. It presses hard against the weatherstripping. I havent had any rain to tell if it leaks yet or not, but I do know that it makes a crazy amount of noise at 80+ mph.
Maybe it's just teh angle of the picture, but those towers don't look set up correctly. They appear to be facing outwards a bit to much, like they are spaced on the bar to far apart. Heres what my Yakima looks like:

Hard to tell in the pic, but the towers should angle in slightly. But, as long as the feet are exerting equal pressure on the roof, it should all be good.
I love my Yakima rack. I haul everything from camping gear, canoes, surfboards, snowboards, mt bikes and whatever else in the basket. Yakima kicks ___.

Well fella's I keeled over and bought a roof rack as well. It cost me $253.00 and the locks cost an extra $29.99. Man this company knows how to screw you for a couple of bars and clips. At least I know that I will have a great resale value. :D
Thats about what I paid for mine from rackwarehouse.com. Just wait till you add stuff like bar pads, snowboard buttondowns, fork mount bike trays, baskets etc.
Still, it's made my xB 100 times more useable.
