Default Fog light hookup/headlight question

I want to wire up my fogs so that they are getting power from the headlights, so they can only come on when the lights are on, I bought some t-taps to use but I dont know which headlight wire to tap into, does anyone know which of the three light wires is the low-beam power?

Also, is there any way to make my lights go off with my ignition? My 1993 volvo was able to do this, I dont think its too much to ask for my 2006 toyota to do the same..

theres a few ways of doing this
1. add a crcuit which , in my opinion is the best
2. add a relay and wire it all up (im 2 lazy to do it that way)
3. you can just tap off the cigarret lighter (i would get some low wattage fog though 35 watts max)

Well Ive got them all wired up right now, the only problem is they can be turned on whenever (they are directly wired to the battery with an in-line fuse), I want them to be tapped off of the light's power so that it can ONLY get powered on if the headlights are on, or maybe I should do the amber driving lights, either way is it possible to do this and not dim either light too much?
