Default Foglights in the Oven?

Has anyone put the USDM foglights in the oven to get the lens off yet? I'm trying to get the inside chromed so that when I use yellow bulbs, it'll be bright enough to actually put some light out rather than drowing in the dull gray finish that it has. So far I've tried 10 mins at 200 degrees F and then I tried the same time at 250 degrees F both with no luck. It looks like they use some kind of rubber cement or silicone sealant. If anyone has done it or has a recommendation, it would be greatly appreciated. And buying JDM foglights is not yet an option because I've already purchased these and don't want them to go to waste. :D

Hehe, yeah I know what you mean, Ouch! MuthaEfferruckisbrikissunuva&^%$.
Anyway I might try going to 265 @ 20 mins. How high of heat did you get too before you called it quits? Also, remember I have the xB on Monday, so if you want to come by my work and check out the clock LED mod just tell me and I'll PM you my work address.

Yeap, I think you might be right. I tried it again at 265F for 20 and the glue hasn't even melted. I'm tempted to go higher but seeing as how winter is startin to dawn on us and rainy season is here, I think it's best that I leave them alone until summer time rolls around again. Are you receommending the 9006 Piaa Ion Yellow bulbs? I haven't seen any pics of them so I don't how they look though, you have any pics? Any car is fine, I just wanna see how yellow and how bright. Thanks guys for your help and talking me out of it.
