i think the reason mine fogged up is because there was a lil bit of moister on the bulb socket gasket when i put it in

 

Those look alot like the Spec-D lights I got comin. has anyone had the Spec-d's? I got them for $193 shipped (well I guess soon to be shipped, on back order)

 

so they are halos.... and look tight as hell... are they easy to install? if so i found my next modd!!!!!

 

Those really change the way the front end looks. Nice.

 

believe it or not it took me less than a half hr to intsall them u have to loosen up four bolts on the bumper and pull it out a lil bit to get to 2 of the screws but thats about the only hard part of it. i think it actually took me like 20 mins total

 

yeah they change the look completely and i think for the better. but thats my opinion. i think it looks more agressive with them

If they fog any worse they have little vent covers you can take off to let them vent.

 

where are those covers?

 

umm right on the back side top and by the fender they look like little round pegs they just pop off they look like this

 

How did you wire the power/ground halo's in these headlights to the factory yellow corner wiring?

I'm new to this entire thing.

 

Got the same ones. They fog occasionally. Pulling out the white vent plugs helps alot. I think there are 2 or 3 on the back of the assembly.

i just taped into the wire that turns the parking light on not the turn signal and the hooked the grounds together and grounded them to the chasis i post pics of the wiring and tell ya what whire to tap into for the halos in as soon as i get back home

 

hey ncbox not to sound stupid but do u leave those caps out or do u take them out until they quit fogging and then put them back in?

 

i have one headlight that will not stop fogging i even took those caps off and the turn signal and cant get it to stop, any sugesstions
??

 

can you run HID's in these?

 

i have no idea?

 

i dont know how u would since the projector is the low beam and the high beam is the only removable bulb but i may be wrong.
