group buy on Lambo doors?
I have been thinking of doing a door mod on my soon-to-be-here xB. No one has a true bolt on no modification hinge kit for the Scions yet.
But, if there is 10 of us that want it, Verticaldoors.com will make us a custom kit that is TRUE BOLT-ON. No welding, cutting, anything but swapping out hinges. Anyone interested? They will cost $1,599 each,
but will be the best kit out there. If really interested and truly going to pay for them, let me know.
I'm in the process of talking them down on price, but it doesn't look promising. Let me know!

2 door or 4 door kit.
I talked to the guys at www.vertexmotorsports.com and they told me that they could lambo mine.....I am just a lil warry of the extra care that needs to be taken with the doors so that your friends or yourself do not crimp the front fender when opening.

vertical doors started to do a kit for bluenrg, but i don't know what happened. try jt autostyle for a kit
did i mention those are old and unoriginal now. complete waste of money in my opinion.

For the front doors only. It's an awesome kit. I saw their setup on a Chevy S-10 P/u, and they look awesome, and work great. I think that the xB would look sweet with Lambo doors, but I know that some will hate the idea. I plan on showing my xB in area car shows, so I'll be doing alot of mods to mine.

why not lambo the front and suicide lambo the rear, meaning take the front facing hinge away and have the door slide up and back towards the rear...so that both doors open opposit of each other...thatd be sweet...but cost a lot of money and personally i think itd just be money thrown down the tube...unless of course you got rid of the b pilar (sort of like mazda's Xtreme door)....but then you loose structure....
The V-door kit I saw required a lot of mods on the fenders (BlueNRG). Unless they plan to copy JT Autostyle hinges it's going to requre more work then just a little shaving. The problem I see with the xB is the same as the H2's. The panels are so flat, that i doesnt allow the hinges to swing out far enough to be able to swing out and up. The H2 we have needed fender modification also.
