HELP I ran over a cat this morning
On the way to work this morning (3:00 AM) I ran over a dead cat in the middle of the road. I didn't have time to stop or get out of the way. When I got to work I looked at it and it looks like the rear bumper pulled apart at the seam in the middle and went back together with the wrong side on top (if that makes any sense)
My question is, how hard is it to take the rear bumper cover off so I can put it back together the right way.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

All you need is a flat head screwdriver to GENTLY pop out the little oven timer screws. The fasteners used are easy, there is a slot for the screwdriver(not like a screw... look off center), put in the screwdriver and twist gently and the middle will pop up, now you just pull it out.
But it doesnt sound like you need to take it off, you should be able to push n pull them back into place without going through all the trouble.

When I was in H.S., we were following a friend in his Camaro and he hit a dead cat. The cat bounced up and got caught between the frame and the traction bars and he dragged it until we could get him to pull over. Then we were in the middle of some little town on the hwy trying to find somehting to get it off the traction bar with... Sorry, TMI, the title just made me think of it...
