How do you install headlights? It was simplefor me to install the LED Tail Lights, but the healights look a bit rougher with perhaps a removal of the grill...

Btw, I put Sonar in the title because I hear most other brands will fog.

 

It's actually a pretty simple install. I thought the same thing at first, until I actually tackled the install, and it was cake.

Open Hood
Remove 3 pop fasteners from grill and remove it
remove pop fasteners and screw under grill
remove screw in each wheel well at edge of bumper
remove screws on bottom of bumper where inner fender well attaches.

bumper mostly off

4 bolts(screws) on each headlight, install new headlights and secure them. Reinstall bumper, and grill.

DONE!!!!

took me 30 minutes to remove the lights, clear corner them and reinstall it all.

 

Thanks, I got it installed, somewhat easy. I couldn't figure out how to power the Halo though... Any advice?

 

yes here is how I just did a set for a buddy

strip the ends of all 4 grounds and hot wires.... then twist each set together then cut 4 lengths of wire 2 red and 2 black each should be about 10"now use 4 crimp connectors and crimp 1 wire to one set of twisted wires. then get 4 t-taps and t-tap each power and negative to the corresponding wire on the turn signal harness
here is the wire color code
Passenger side colour code
Green/Orange(Red?) - Positive ---> Red
White/Black - Ground ---> Black

Drivers side colour code
Green - Positive ---> Red
White/Black - Ground ---> Black

It is illegal to have the the halos on with the parking lights while driving?

I would think it would just make you more visible to other drivers.

butt connectors and shrink wrap does wonders on wiring

 

If the halos are white, they're fine. I run my all the time.
