what do u guys think im thinking about getting cf hood cf front lip, cf rear lip, cf side skirts, and cf fenders what do u think it will look some thing like this but with the fenders too

I don't care for cf in general...but make sure if you get a cf hood, get one that doesn't have a dent above the headlight.

 

not really feeling it. but yes on the hood.. shop around for lowest prices. how about a diff body kit?

 

CF will look great on silver.

i like the grill.

 

especially with some Black/Gunmetal rims

 

IMO, a carbon fiber hood looks ok on silver, maybe even possibly a cf spoiler too, but I don't understand the point of having pieces of a car not match the rest of the car.
Before you know it, it looks like one of "those" Civics driving down the road with a primered body kit and fenders from another colored donor car.

The only xB that had body parts of another color and actually looks good is Shelby's/Gene's xB.

I thought about doing the same thing until I realized in my opinion it would look goofy without a CF front bumper.

 

I think CF hoods look alright on most colors- and would look ok on an XB- but that would be the only CF part I would get. More than that would make it look like kinda ridiculous. That xB in that picture above looks kinda silly. My .02

 

yeah i want the grill too it will look about the same as that pic but with fenders too and different wheels and the grille painted silver like that car

Just an FYI, only the hood in the pic you posted is CF, everything else is ABS plastic.

 

I think you're going to look like you have a bunch of unpainted body parts on the car.

I can see a CF grill or wing or even hood/roof working well on TCM, but the all the stuff you noted will just look silly.

 

i know its plastic but they make one that has carbonfiber too

 

it would look like you were in a wreck and were waiting to get all your replacement parts painted.

 

I think a little CF goes along way. I have a CF wing and I'm looking to get a CF hood. That's about it though for my BCP xB...

 

I like it on Camo cuz it blends in more. From certain angles it isn't even noticable...
