Like someone else said a layer of bondo should do the trick. It doesn't look like you need that much bondo. You make it sound like you have teh grand canyon running through the middle of your grill.

On another note Im not a fan of it. Bondo it and paint it and I would like it more. But thats just me.

God no im not happy i took it off right after i took the pics. its good to hear other ideas though for custom stuff and how to do it.

im trying to get other ideas on grilles on how they wouldnt look shotty. yea, i could spend 60 bucks and get the ebay special, but its not unique and not your own. id rather have somethin that looks only "okay" and be the only one, then have a million others that look "good".

this i would say though, looks like sh*t im tryin to get other ideas
