That is a center grill cover I made for cold weather to keep the heat up.

I hand made mine out of perforated aluminum sheet metal. But I was just in an accident so now I am going with a billet three piece grill.

Sadly about a week after it was painted and installed a rock or something hit it and screwed up the paint. I repainted it in metallic black but didn't quite like how the metal flake looked against the pearl in BOP so I'm now using an Open Deck grille instead. Eventually I'll paint it BOP again but I'm kinda wishing I had gone with the Open Deck in the first place.

Nope, not restrictive at all, it actually had 1/8" holes all over it top and the two lowers. but I painted it to match and so there would not be any contrast with the holes

I am stitting on Ksport Coilovers and its adjusted to a 3" drop. The top picture was when I had Eibach Sportlines (2" Drop) Springs.

And its not even 12ga stainless or back lit with leds.

 

I paid that same amount for my cf fenders. I'd never pay that much for a freakin' grill.

 

so the grill was $499 plus shipping, then it took over 3 months to come in...would I do it again (no)...but I liked it at the time and I still love it, always get complements on it...but yeah I wouldn't recommend getting one...

 

Yeah, not saying it looks bad. But for the price, I wouldn't do it.
