Moving the tab up or down

Hi folks,

I need to move the front wondow frames' tabs a little bit down to install the wind deflectors. I have read the message in

I still don't understand how to move them. Anybody has done it for the 05' xB before? If so, please post me the step-by-step instruction, thanks!

no tools needed...

This instruction is right. My weather stip just happens to be very tight. The WeatherTech wind deflectors were installed after I moved the tabs. Thanks!
