I saw many grill designs out there but they are not my style. So I did 2 simple grills design

Basicly, it is just a piece of front grill cover extended to the headlight area mounted on the black OEM or JDM grill. One is mounted on the top of the grill, the other is on the bottom of the grill.

I really want to make them but I don't know how to.. I don't have any experience in fabrication. Can anyone suggest me of how to make them?

 

buy a black stock grill and get an eyelid type thing to go across the top.

 

Umm... good idea. Do you know what type of plastic that used for eyelid?

probably ABS most likely.

 

most of the eyelids from japan are actually made of fiberglass or frp. you can easily use most any form of plastic also, but it's a matter of molding them to the desired shape you need through heat forming. doable though... if you google around for web pages of model plane and car builders you can get some good ideas on fabrication with plastics

I would suggest fiberglass...if you can do it most custom shops can.

I have no valuable input whatsoever, but I do think that the first grill is the sickness, and if you ever do fab one, let me know, there's a fair chance I'll buy a second off you.

 

I will start making it this weekend. I will make it from some flexible plastic.

Go and check out (nish-designs.com) there are two diferent styles of eyelids, and there made of fiberglass.

just tell nish to make it for you he like playing with that stuffs
