lots of people have swapped out their struts, I'm sure you could get a new used one for next to nothing. If that is the only structural damage it's an easy swap.

you bent your strut not your shock, a bent shock would never do anything like that. you are looking at at least a grand i'd say. You may need to repalce the hub and wheels and tires too. doenst look like much, but could be very costly

struts are cheap, if it didn't do any other mechanical damage that part is easy.

But imm just soo mad that this even happened, the car is every bit of 3 weeks old. Well, let me know what you think as far as damage goes. How much do you think it will cost to fix everything? (bumper, lower grill piece, shock) I have some pics below.
Ive got close to the same kind of damage, my BOP xB was hit in at my shops parking lot, when a 96 Thunderbird backed into it. the estimate came to around$1600 bucks. Turn it into the insurance company, hopefully your deductable will get waived.
I work at a body shop in Chino, seeing what damage you have in the pics is one thing, however there is a probabilty of additional hidden damage, especially with the suspension involved, thats the biggest cost, next to the paint and the labor.

why are you worrying about cost when your insurance company will take care of it?
