I had to cut my fenders (On the tC) to get the hinge to fit... but only the inside portion of them... any vertical door kit will need you to cut the fenders to install, no matter what they say... xA,xB, or tC....

I am super interested in this thread.

SUPER!

You have to take off your bumper and fender to do the install. Then you attach the mechanism to where your door hinges used to be.
You're supposed to cut a small piece of metal inside the fender that conflicts with the swinging movement.

I don't have pics, so I'm hoping somebody else does..

P.S. - How much did you pay for the kit, and where'd ya get it?

Sometimes it depends on what kit you bought. The cheaper kits usually has more headaches. I think you have to take your fenders off to make sure there is enough clearance when its bolted down. Did it come with instructions?

Peace

I've helped with Civics and Integras, I almost bought a set but ran out of money. If you like talk to Corn you can come up to the house and help you take a look at it. One of my friends will be over that tried to help another xB put it on. He can tell you whether its worth your time or time to sell it. That person sold his xB lambo kit I think ...so you might be the first xB on Maui..even Hawaii?

Peace

Every door kit you have to roll the little lip or cut it off...

Its part of doing doors..

Done about 15 now... Its part of every kit.

Lambo doors are soooooooooo last year..... don't know why it
was anything to begin with.

I love how there's a narrow gap with the doors up, and you have
to squeeze yourself between the car body and door...
ya that looks sooooo cool.
