These are the newest headlights I have seen on Ebay. They are the best I've seen so far and they perform well also. The picture does not lie; they do shine blue and they are very bright. If you don't have headlights yet, you should definately invest in these. I've had them for a little over a week so far:

I have some images of the headlights below:
Pretty good parking light.

Projector performance

PIAA Super Plasma headlight bulbs won't hurt anything either.

Bright Light performance (stock)

Grab these lights!!! They did fog pretty bad on me and I drove around for a week with it, but I found the vent holes in the back and unplugged them right before the picture taking, so there is a little fog in the driver side turn signal. These lights are also adjustable with H3 bulbs for upgrade.
Can you believe... a whole week of fog and I'm just finding the holes.

The price is still the same as when I bought them. They are only about a month old; I first saw them at the end of October and I paid exactly what they are going for on Ebay right now.
I've always liked these headlights, but I never really liked the clear/yellow halogen look on the halo and eyebrow. When I saw these bad boys in blue, I was in heaven.
I ended up spending around $160.00 shipped with the insurance. I guess it depends on where you shipping to also.

Well I've looked into the whole "vent in the back of the light" thing and I've come up with this:
Your lights need to breathe in the cold because there is an extremely high amount of heat in the housing from the bulbs; mixed with the extremely high amount of chill in the air. This creates fog; but if you have holes in the housing, the fog will leave.
If its in the summer, there is an extremely high amount of moisture and heat in the air, which will get into the lights and fog it up that way. If your lights are sealed, it will stop the moisture from entering your housing.
Since it's cold, the holes are open. Once the summer and moisture comes back to the south, the holes get sealed. It's a never-ending process.

Sealing the lights with silicone around the trim of it would get rid of the problem (I believe, I haven't done it yet). The method I posted above is how "I" deal with my fogging issues temporarily.
In the cold, I leave all of the holes unplugged; when it gets hot, I plug the hole to HELP prevent moisture in the air from getting into the housing. This is what I do and it's pretty effective; at least until I grab the time to silicone my lights.
You can try this for yourself if you like, but I can't guarantee it will work. This seems to work well for Florida whether.
Just my opinion and methods.

My .02 cents on the Sonar projector lights.
I just picked them up for a little under $100 new.
Using 9005 GE Night Hawk LO beam lights (converted from 9006 bulbs)
H1 HI beam bulbs (not worth using cause the aim is poop)
1157 Silverstar Turnsignal bulbs. (These things are super expensive but look nice. I think they go for close to 15-20 dollars for 2)
Fitment was right on, minus a small unnoticable gap around the edge that meets with the fender. The aim needs to be adjusted a little down but I also did a 9005 conversion with wire harness plug change out. Hi Beams are worthless. Aimed lower then the Lo Beams and to the left. Not complaining cause the Lo beams are plenty bright. Wiring was simple enough, just took a little time. All together probably an hour or two install for beginners.
The beam pattern is a little scattered compared to the stock lights, but it's not too far off. The beam is also more centered. I don't see the sides of the roads as much as I used to, however the beam goes farther and is much more clear then the stock. I might still need to make a few smaller adjustments. UPDATE: after adjustment the LO beam pattern is not as scattered. Lighting is still close to stock minus a little less light on the sides and cut off is perfect.
They are Dot approved as per stamping on the lenses. I checked the seal and it looked ok, however some places looked sealed better then others. My recommendation is to put a small bead of silicon around the edge of the headlights and wait a day before install. Since I'm impatient I put them on right away. lol I put them on last night and there was no indication of fogging. This morning was rainy and cold, still no indication of fogging. So far so good I hope it stays that way.
On a sidenote I noticed that the OEM headlights have the same plugs in the rear, for breathers, of the assembly. Only big differences were: Two large ones on the OEM v. three smaller ones for the Sonar and the placement. The OEM headlights are capped BTW.
If anyone want's to know about the 9005 conversion, because HID's are too expensive, search the tC forums it's a hot topic over there. I would recommend getting the Sylvania SilverStar 1157 light bulbs to complete the look.

Little update.
no fogging since I put them in. High beam aim is still poop but I think I might be able to adjust them, just been lazy. Aim on the headlights took three days, only cause I'm **** about that stuff. Otherwise things are fine and dandy.

So after reading the whole 15 page thread, I see that no one had the problems I had. First of all, I thought I'd let you guys know that I'm an XB newb so please pardon me for the inconvenience....
I tried installing the projector headlight with halo following the steps and guidelines previously posted...Driver side positive = red wire for halo to green wire, Passenger side positive = red wire from halo to green/orange then ground for both side to the middle wire. Once tapped on these wires they all light up like I have the parking lights on which I don't and even the interior light was on. Is there something I'm missing or messing up on this?
Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance
BTW, I'm not sure if this would matter but I have a autostart installed as well.

NCBOX, you're right...everything was off, not even the keys in the ignition. This might sound dumb but since I'm a noob, I have the rights...LOL! Does the battery's negative terminal needs to be disconnected prior to installation/wire tappings?
Thanks again!
Thanks again!
