anyone had a problem aiming these? i ordered mone on Thurs, delivered Fri ( Ebay - atomic street ). After the install, i tried aiming the lights, and the left one is all the way down, the right all the way up - just to get the lowbeams aimed deacently. Left side still way out to left, and both left and right too high... Once i turn on highbeams, you can really see that they are way out of allighnment - one side all the way up to the sky, the other side on the street, nect to my bumper. i will post pix soon. i checked all the mounts, and the lights are in the sockets securely. any help?

Advance Auto Parts, but they are available lots of places. They are Sylvania Silverstars #1157, they cost $20 for the pair.

Is the up/down adjustment on the bottom outboard? I think the L/R is top/inboard. Is this correct? I need some very slight adjustment.

on mine, the up down is on top, the left right is below. if you have a short screwdriver, you can reach inside and get it from the back with minor back contortions....

anyone remove th high beam bulbs, if yes, can you give a quick walk through? i have no experience with h1 bulbs, do you unscrew the thing, or is there a spring clip? i should have played with them a bit before i installed them...

I did not take mine out, but I did uncover them. It looks like a spring clip. Are you changing them? I am happy with my highs. The lows looked quite amber but the highs have a nice pattern and color.

I'm glad I'm no longer the only one who had problems with these lights and their adjustability. I was wrong when I thought these were JDM ,the box is my first import, that why I thought they were JDM because they were completely backwards from what I was used to, so I'm sorry if I misspoke. These are of good quality just wished I hadn't got a bad set.

Man, from reading this psot, I'd have to turn these down like the other halo type headlamp replacements.

Do they all suck or what. I hear endless complains.

No. See page four of this thread for my night pics. The beam pattern is great.

Mine fogged the other day when I drove through a bad snowstorm and it piled up against the headlights. They cleared up after I cleaned them off.
