very nice..custom paint..is there a clear coat? or what happens if u scratch ur car

tahnx, no clear coat. if it scratches I repaint it. not that big of a deal, :bow:

oh coool...i really like the paint job...i would do it for a tc but with a clear coat.idk about the "lip ring"

it is done with a simple new hinge between the hood and the old one, took me 2 weekends of working on it and taking the hood on and off 4 times to get it right. And deff a 2-3 person job. :relief:
I spent total of like $7 at the store on parts and some I did not end up using. :lalala:

Mine is bad luck you don't want it. It seems like if something is going to happen to a car it will find mine. I got the hood repainted from rock chips and a rock hit it on the way home, so now it has a new chip and it hadn't been an hour since i left the bodyshop.

What holds the other side down when it is closed?

nothing holds down the driver side it moves a little in high cross winds going down the hywy but I am not worried about it.

I am going to hold on to the info just a little bit longer. :lalala:
