Well my car is almost done. Just a few more things left to do. I just got it back Saturday from DTM AUtobody, they did my paint and fitted my kit. The kit is the KENDO kit from AIT racing. The body is a flat slate blue metallic and the roof is the Lexus Smokey Granite. Let the hate begin...

I would've liked to see the roof color come down the pillars as well. There's just something about that color that looks a bit too much like primer to me. It might be different in real life, but it looks primered in the pics.

I do like the kit though. Is it a full bumper or just the lip?

Also, that car is definitely a sleeper. It doesn't look like too much is going on, until you scope the front grille, so that's cool.

Overall, I like what you're doing, but I think if the two tone was extended down, it would look less unfinished.

glad others appreciate it. The Kendo kit from AIT Racing is a whole new bumper for both the front and rear. I had the side markers shaved off the rear bumper though. The paint is a PPG paint but I belive the painter used BASF's flat clearcoat. It's not a semi gloss its flat. I belive anything with a 0-5% sheen is considered flat.

 

Are the tails painted or wrapped?

Truly love the slate blue color but I wish it was glossy. I will say though the way the light is hitting it the first picture looks awesome. Grats!

I love the ride, but I'm gonna have to put in my opinion. I would have ran the roof color down the pillars, other than that I like it. ALOT.
