didn't you have some sort of whale tail before?...I can't remember but I thought you had a bbist style one in cf....and the engine bay upgrade is very clean!!

 

Yes I had the bbist type II in CF. Thought this one would be much cleaner.

yah it looks much cleaner. BTW im trying to find some springs to drop the car in the mean time before I 'bag it....how do you like your teins? Im trying to find the 2" drop rate and everyone has a biased answer. so lets hear your feedback on the suspension

 

hotwheelz - The spoiler was sold already.

Bossman - The S Techs are great. The drop isn't too excessive, about 2' when settled, but the ride comfort is awesome. I would probably get goldlines or df210's if I could go back in time now, just for the lower drop.

If you want style with comfort, go for the teins!

 

i've read that the DF210's have quite a 'bounce' to them....I may go with H&R race springs only because I have had H&R on my past 2 vw's and mercedes. im just suprised that the 2" drops have supposidly alot of bounce/saggy ride over bumps etc. Sometimes the search doesn't help...just makes things more confusing

 

Yeah I agree. Well if you like the way my car sits right now, go with the S Techs. I've noticed no real bounce when I was still on my 15's. I loved the ride, it was a little better than stock IMO.

 

Im sorry I really thought that the BBist looked really clean on your ride I think you should have keept it. my too cents
