Default OD Grill

i tried looking for someone with an answer to this, but for some reason i always get about 50,000 other threads with nonsensical jibba jabba in them.

so, onto my easy question, can the grill be used without the OD emblem, and not have any holes in it or anything? i would like the grill to be perfectly flat, no emblem or none of that and still look good.

anyone have pics, or know what i mean? :D

If you take off the OD emblem, you will have holes in the back of it. If you want a smooth crome finish grill, i suggest getting a Damd Imperial front grill and getting it chromed.

Yeah with no real expirence with this grill, I can almost guarentee there would be holes, they would be needed for the wires to light up the emblem.

I have a few flat aluminum grilles I had made. Give me a couple days to adjust fit and take pics and they'll be in the classifieds. I have 3 brushed finish and one imperfectly polished.

goatlord, it sounds like you need a Damd front grill:

it has a little different finsh, but I really like and I have yet to see pictures of anyone w/ it.

Here's flat. This is mine, the ones for sale don't have the cutout, but I need to do a little fitting before I post them. There are flat head hex socket cap screws that hold the brackets, and it mounts using existing bolts and holes, no cutting, drilling, or zip-ties. It looks a little more industrial and less fancy than the OD.

if you take the emblem off theres gonna be a square hole there. if you want the grill stock with the slate and no emblem, like just the slats all the was accross your gonna have to 'shave' it in. fiberglass is ease, theres an AWESOME tech article by -sexyscionlover- located
