Not to be a jerk or ruin someone's day, but I'm not familiar with orange carbon fiber, and to the best of my knowledge no such substance exists since carbon fibers are based off synthetic acrylics and graphite.
It's an incorrect term. Carbon fibers are essentially long, thin chains of carbon molecules. Carbon fibers manufactured from carbon by using either polyacrylonitrile ("PAN") or coal tar pitch as the carbon source. The end result? Dark black/grey carbon fibers that you cannot dye or bleach. You can dye aramid Kevlar, but it's not carbon fiber either.
