Default Paint Ideas???

So I have been working on getting paint for my car and here is my first chop of what I was thinking.

Let me have the good the bad or the ugly as I am trying to get feedback as to what I should do.

Thanks,

Mike

Personally not hot on the red striping on the front of the car or the big black rectangle in the front bumper. The color scheme is fine but I would end the stripe on the fenders and leave the center of the bumper grey. Another option might be to bring the stripe down the fender body line and across the upper edge of the bumper, blacking out the top bumper surface (and yes I know there are other 2 tones done that way).

Me too. I like the look, but I don't care for the bumper. If you want to incorporate the red elsewhere, paint the lips of the wheels black and pinstripe them.

I would say incorporate more of the red into your paintjob instead of pinstriping around your car. You need to stand out more then look like everybody else.

Maybe paint your top grill red. And also like 3 or 4 inch strip from front to back thats red. Thats flush with the black.

I did not update this site yet but I did two others that I think flow better.

Let me know what you think about these.

Thanks,

Mike

IMHO the only opinion you can go with is your own. You have the skills to paly with different designs on your puter .. so keep going, something will catch your eye.

2 tones are nice, i just had mine done last week. But i decided that i didnt like the look of the black going onto the top of the front bumper, so i didnt.

As far as the pinstripe ... consider going with a color that you wouldnt think of. Me, i never thought of using a bright green, my striper did. I wanted a silver stripe and that was pretty much it. I turned him loose and now i couldnt be happier.

Ultimately its your choice, have fun with it.
