ted, emu, what's the difference between the parto and the F1 kits? also, would you guys mind posting prices?
I don't know about parto. My kit came from an ebay seller and may not be genuine Extreme Dimensions tho it looks identical. It is fiberglass, took alot of fabrication to mount and rework to fit properly. Cost was $400 shipped to me for all 4 pieces.
between mine and Teds, there is no difference...just the manufacturer/distributor that sells them mine didn't have fabrication, just fit perfect...mine was 475.00 from TCSportline
Did your front lip have any provisions to mount to the front undershield plastics?? The front piece I got was basically ready to paint and bolt on out of the box....except for no provisions for attaching it down to the lower core support or the plastic shields. I fabricated 6 brackets to duplicate the function of the original 6 long tabs of the factory lip.

How did it mount at the rocker panel?? Mine were made to go on top of the rocker into the door gap and I assume double stick tape in place. These are the areas that I did the most work. Making brackets to the plastics and reinventing the assumed side lip mounting. I used the factory lips glued into the new lips so i could use nearly all factory mounting. Here is a somewhat crappy pic to show this but if you look closely you can see that I am using a factory rubber strip between the body and the lip. The top of mine fit like factory after my mods. I did not like the idea of double taping in the rocker jamb. what if you had to remove the lip later? How much paint damage would result or would the fiberglass crack.

The rear lip I have was made to slip over the existing lip. Fit along the gap between the new lip and the bumper was from zero to perhaps 3/16 of an inch besides working that edge it was fine.

ted my front was the sam where you couldn't attach the lower spalsh shield also...my rocker panels i just screwed it into the sides...i have a different rear lip that yours, i have the red genie...a full replacement instead of it going on top of the exsisting lip

Yup I looked close at the pic and was pretty sure I saw the side skirt on top of the rocker. I would not want to turn anyone away from this kit . It really is a decent kit all in all, I would rate it a 7 on a 1-10 scale out of all the kits I have seen (I am talking generally not about Scion kits in specific). Many kits are very very poor. There are a very few that are really paint and bolt on ready if you want a factory level fit and finish. I spent about 10 hours fitting, reshaping, priming and prepping my kit for paint, including making all the brackets for the front. I spent $60 on structural adhesive and soft expanding foam for mounting and sealing the new lips over the factory side and rear lips.

I don't know if you can find them for other prices somewhere. Those prices are off of the ABS website from a little while back.

I have a question that may sound rather noobish, but how is the Extreme Dimensions K-1 kit versus the authentic KenStyle EIK? I'm asking in terms of fitment and durability. Is the KenStyle kit really worth the extra money? That's the way I'm leaning, mostly because it is ABS and not fiberglass reinforced plastic. Plus it is offered as oem in Japan. If anyone has opinions I would be happy to hear them. Thanks.

I'm working on my F-1 kit now. I also have a JP Visage rear lip with dual exhaust cutouts. Got all four pieces used and prepainted. Fits nice but maybe a bit heavy. I'll post pics once i get the side skirts on. Looks pretty much like the first pic except TCM and not bagged. Also have the FFF. IMO that is the cleanest looking setup for the xB.
