It sucks that it took so long, but it sounds like you still got the product, and they didn't take your money and run. My parents live in Hawaii and shipping there is always a pain, I pay for 2day and it gets there in 8

they gave me two pairs of the rear flares instead of one front pair and one back pair.
plus it was only wrapped in cellophane and came in a radiator box.
