I never really liked the chrome look of the available grilles, and I work as a composite designer, so I am building my own.
This is a picture of the plug ( form used to create a mold). It does not fit flush due to the bottom of the plug interfering with the hood latch, but this is just an idea for looks. I'll post up somemore pics after I pull the first piece from the mold. Thanks

I'v been doing exactly the same thing yea know Only thing that i will be painting it black and addint one main component on top to look flush with the headlights ;)
